We want you to be fully satisfied with your LEAF BOOM Wireless Speaker. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your Teal Blue speaker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the LEAF BOOM speaker and click 'Request Return'.

Prepare the Package

Place the speaker and all original accessories, including the charging cable and manual, back into the original Teal Blue retail packaging.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
